I’m eager to get rolling with all of you and explore different facets of law and ethics as applied to digital media. The course is going to be fascinating and challenging. We’re going to get to a variety of topics. But I want you to remember that we can’t cover everything. We’ll lay a foundation for what I hope will be your own energetic and lasting engagement with these issues.
Our first discussion today will be to explore some of what we’ll cover this term. We’ll start that by exploring a case study:
